Equanimity.

I honour my equanimity by teaching yoga 🧘‍♀️ on Saturday mornings.

Chair yoga for people who have physical limitations, illness or injury. 💜

Gentle flow yoga to let go of the week and set an intention for their practice.

When we navigate our lives with mental calmness and composure it’s truly the sweet spot.

Many companies are integrating corporate wellness and inviting yoga and meditation to nourish their people.

Mindful leadership and modelling of self-care are beautiful ways to appreciate your staff beyond their role and responsibilities.

All my “students” are professionals longing for this type of self-care at work.

They leave something on their yoga mat each week that no longer serves them.

More importantly, they take something to change their way of living. 🙏
