Today I am choosing to write about a heavy topic.
Workplace bullying.
When will it stop?
When can we embrace each other as people and be kind?
Hard things can be said and discussed in a nice way.
It saddens me that leadership still has so much ego.
A good leader is kind and bullying is not in their wheelhouse. Ever.
I hope and pray that there will come a day when kindness prevails and everyone can lead with their heart. 💜
