Day 127 – Moments in Time

If I asked you where you were during 9/11, we all instantly remember that moment in time and where/what we were doing.

When we can revisit how we think about thinking (metacognition), it allows us that moment in time.

One of my daily habits of self-care is to pause during my day and take intentional time and enjoy those moments in real time.

A walk around the block.

A walk in bare feet in the grass.

Enjoying a coffee and each hot, sip of deliciousness and the joy of hugging a warm mug.

A call to a friend.

A kind deed to/for someone.

This daily habits feeds my soul and makes my heart happy.

Moments in time can be reframed to part of our activities of daily living. 💜
