Sitting with a team this week, there were many ideas presented and the team was struggling to align, decide and move forward with a project.
When I recited this quote, I asked them who was open?
A gentle pause.
Time to think.
The beauty of working with others is that we all think and act differently.
The magic is when you can slip into the observer’s chair to really understand, think and feel what the other person is saying.
