This month, I made the intentional decision not to post daily.
I want to keep my profile fresh and write when I feel I have something worth writing and reading.
The conscious shift comes from my foundational belief that I should lead as a self-directed leader and not from a place of obligation.
I am deep into my revisional editing, with copyediting only weeks away.
I have loved my imperfections during this whole period.
It’s been fun; there has been a lot of laughter, and I am truly enjoying my life and this whole process!
This week I am travelling to Toronto to work with some amazing leaders, attend a ground-breaking conference, and have fun with family and friends!
Mastering the art of heart in life and leadership is my greatest accomplishment.
