When I think of the future, I see all children.
I watch, listen and observe all the different children around the world.
They are some talented young leaders around the globe.
These children have dreams, goals and future aspirations.
Young people look to adults for mentorship, leadership, the ability to learn, the fostering of failing forward and the welcome of always being in a safe place.
