To the women who are or haven labeled…..
Aggressive – Keep being assertive
Bossy – Keep on leading
Difficult – Keep telling the truth
Too Much – Keep taking up space
Complicated – Keep asking hard questions

I wish this change in language was around when I was a young girl.
I experienced all of the negative words.
There was not a female who was willing to foster my leadership skills.
Imagine a world that would foster women of all ages to keep on being…
It would remove Tall Poppy Syndrome.
It’s time. 💙
