Day 221 – Rest

Over the past 10-15 years the term ‘work-life balance’ became normal language for so many people and their families.

It’s always interested me that people were seeking work-life balance.

Was it because their work was too stressful?

Was it because their personal life was too stressful?

The key to ‘balance’ is to have rest as a usual part of our activities of daily living.

Too often people seek balance when they are out of balance.

The key is to have regular rest for the purpose of rejuvenation.

This is the key to physical and mental health. 💙
