Fear can also prevent us from doing so many things in life, especially those dreams sitting in our heart.

Isn’t it incredible that a change in one word can change us.
When we can face everything and rise, it’s reminiscent of the ’feel good’ moments and landing back in the teaching moments with my Nana.
Fear is a true motivator to expand, release, go forth, try, achieve and bask in the success of it all.
I’ve recently become a grandmother! I now want to offer my granddaughter E the ability to align with fear and not shy away from it.
The best part is that she will call me Nannie. 💙
