We lead our children.
We listen.
We allow room for them to fail and grow.
We comfort our children during learning moments.
We help our children see the good and bad in everything.
The peaks and valleys in life and leadership are pivotal.
When we can listen to our inner voice and welcome equanimity, we always find our way.
