I recently opened a group coaching session with this quote. I asked everyone to close their eyes as I read this quote three times.
It was powerful.
It allowed space for the executive team to think and with their eyes closed, full auditory processing engaged.
What I loved was the openness for a beautiful conversation that took many directions from each executive sharing their perspective of this quote.
Thinking with our emotional mind.
Thinking with our logical mind.
Thinking with our heart.
Verbalizing all our imperfections and how powerful they are in our life.
The ability to prioritize all habits of thinking and find alignment.
When we truly and wholeheartedly value ourself, it’s not arrogance.
When displayed appropriately, it’s confidence. 💙
